The Story Of My Love Organic Cotton Batik Dress

Completely handmade from start to finish, the dress was cut and sewn in my studio before I began the batik process.  The design was hand painted and dyed using traditional batik methods.  

The style is reversible and can be worn with either design on the front or back.  

Material is 100% organic cotton, medium weight knit fabric.  

Laying flat, without stretching, the measurements are as follows:

• Full length is approximately 36" from shoulder to hemline. 
• The width is approximately 13.5" across at the bust
• The waist is about 11.5"across, and tapers out as it descends into a stretchy A-line silhouette over the hips.
• Width of dress at the hemline is 22" across

The fabric is a medium weight 100% organic rib knit cotton.  It's soft and flexible while holding it's cute shape all day and night long.  This batik was made to last for years, like an heirloom piece.

Machine wash and tumble dry for the best care.  It's pre-washed so it won't shrink or fade.  Pretty easy maintenance!
